Occasions we serve in Woodstock

  • Leaving and retirement parties
  • 18th, 21st, 40th and 50th birthdays

Our BBQ planning guide

Planning for dietary needs

Allergies and dietary needs are easy to manage if we know in advance. Tips:

  • Ask us to label vegetarian and vegan food
  • Request gluten-free rolls
  • Halal is not offered, so arrange it separately if needed
  • Add a dietary question to the invitation

After service, our staff clear up, leaving the spot tidy.

Add coleslaw, salads and jacket potatoes for a full meal.

A barbecue or other catering?

Next to a buffet, everything is hot and freshly cooked, and nothing sits out all afternoon. Midweek and quieter months are frequently easier to book, and the menu you choose matters too. Tell us your budget and we will suggest what works.

What you get with us

  • Halloumi skewers and a vegan option
  • No surprises: everything in writing
  • Add a hog roast alongside
  • Served at the time you choose

See our pricing or BBQ menu ideas.

How the day works

Most barbecue food is cooked through service, so we time our arrival around your serving time. That keeps everything hot and fresh. A summer barbecue in Woodstock stays light until about 9:30pm at midsummer, so an evening barbecue can run late in daylight. In late September, it’s dark by about 7:10pm.

  1. Send us the date, the place and roughly how many.
  2. Pick the menu with us.
  3. We check the space and quote.
  4. We cook on site and serve at the agreed time.
  5. We pack away and leave the area tidy.

Before we arrive

  • Plan lighting if the barbecue runs into the evening
  • Tell us which meats you’d like in advance
  • Tell us roughly how many children are coming

Planning help

Organising for someone else?

For venues and planners, we can fit around your other suppliers, sharing timings and a site plan.

Some venues charge a fee if you bring in your own caterer, so it’s worth asking first. We will work with the venue on access and the cooking spot.

Before you choose a spot

Most outdoor spaces work for a barbecue with a little planning. Check these:

  • A step-free route to wheel the equipment in
  • A spot where smoke won’t blow into the house or marquee
  • Enough room for the grill, the serving table and a queue

Not sure about the cooking spot? Send us a picture and we will tell you honestly.
