Christmas party hog roast, slow-roasted on site

Few things beat a hot pork roll with crackling on a cold night. For a Christmas party, we roast outdoors under cover and carve to order, so guests get hot food straight from the roaster, whether they’re in the office, a hall or a marquee.

For a more traditional feel, add roast turkey alongside the pork, with roast potatoes and salads, plus chicken, halloumi and vegetable skewers and a vegan option. December dates go quickly, especially the Fridays before Christmas, so ask early.

How it works

  1. Send us your date, venue, numbers and when you’d like to eat.
  2. We check the date and the outdoor cooking spot, then send a quote.
  3. On the day we set up under cover in daylight and roast through the afternoon.
  4. Our chef carves and our staff serve hot, at the time you chose.
  5. We clear away, even on a dark, wet evening.

Dark early

In December it’s dark before 4pm across the South East. The cooking area and the path to it need lighting; tell us what’s already there.

Weather

Winter means wind and rain. We roast under cover, but guests need somewhere sheltered to eat, such as a hall, marquee or office.
