What we serve, dish by dish

Beef burgers

A burger is the barbecue classic, and they’re a safe bet for children and adults alike.

Beef brisket

Sliced brisket adds a grown-up touch, especially at a wedding or work event.

Prices and what affects them

We do not use a fixed price list, because every event is different. What matters most:

  • The menu and extras such as lamb or chicken
  • The journey to the venue
  • Season and day of the week
  • How easy it is to reach the spot

Adding lamb, chicken, extra sides or china changes the price, so each one is itemised. A simple menu keeps the cost down.

What we need to know

For a quick, accurate price, tell us:

  • Rules from the venue or landowner
  • The address or postcode
  • Any dietary needs or allergies
  • Any extras, such as lamb, chicken or china

We price every booking individually, based on numbers, menu, timings and distance. Tell us about your event for a quote: use our quote form.

How it works

We arrive with everything we need to cook and serve, and set up on the spot we agreed. From there, food is timed to your serving time. Around midsummer it stays light in Rochester until about 9:20pm; by late September sunset is nearer 7:00pm, so summer evening events are normally served in daylight. By late December, sunset is about 3:50pm.

  1. Send us your date, venue and rough numbers.
  2. Pick the food with our help.
  3. We arrive in good time and set up under cover.
  4. We serve when you’re ready.
  5. We tidy up before we go.
