Christmas hog roast in Seale, slow-roasted on site
Winter weather is part of the plan: we cook under cover, and guests eat somewhere warm. A hall, office or marquee works well. Popular choices include halloumi skewers, hog roast rolls and apple sauce, and we’re regularly asked to cater sports club Christmas do’s and festive family get-togethers.
In a small place like Seale, December lanes are dark, so let us know about access and lighting. Everything we need to roast, carve and serve comes with us, and we leave the spot tidy when we go.

A hog roast or other catering?
Next to a plated turkey lunch, a hog roast is more relaxed. Most of the cost is the meat, the staff and the time on site. Slow roasting means we are on site for much of the day, which is built into the price.
Why us?

How we price a hog roast for your Christmas party
There’s no fixed price list, since every event is different. What matters most:
- How easy it is to reach the spot
- How long the roast and service take
- Menu choices and extras
- The number of people
The main driver is numbers: bigger groups typically cost less per head, since much of the cost is fixed.
Getting an accurate quote
The more we know, the more accurate the quote. Please include:
- Roughly how many people
- Which meats and sides you’d like
- A photo of the cooking area
- Where the event is
Send us the date, the address or GU10 postcode and rough numbers, plus when you’d like to eat. We’ll confirm availability and send a price. Use our quote form.
Diets, allergies and alternatives
We give full allergen information for every dish. To help:
- Tell us about vegetarians and vegans
- Count who does not eat pork
- Plan separately for anyone who needs halal food
- Label alternatives clearly
