Diets, allergies and alternatives
With a bit of planning, dietary needs are easier to handle. Here are a few tips:

- Keep alternatives clearly labelled

Afterwards we tidy up, leaving the site as we found it.

Is a hog roast right for your staff event?
Next to a plated lunch, it is less formal and normally costs less. For larger numbers, a hog roast is typically good value, because one whole roast feeds plenty of people. Extras, china and longer service add to it.
Why Pluckley Thorne hosts choose us
- Self-contained: roaster, cover and serving kit

Should I cook it myself?
Timing is the tricky part of roasting your own: a whole hog takes hours, and it needs to be cooked through safely. If you’d rather not worry about it, let us cook.
Roasting a whole hog yourself is possible, but it takes hours of attention, from early set-up to carving at the end. With us catering, you get to be a host, not a cook.
About the food
Vegan burger or sausage (Ve)
Our vegan option is a vegan burger or sausage, in a roll, with salad on the side.
Rotisserie chicken
Rotisserie chicken is there for anyone who’d rather not have pork, and it suits fussy eaters.
