Rural events near Bull Hill can be a long way from anywhere to eat, so a hog roast goes down well. Plates come as standard, and china crockery is available on request, quoted separately.

Booking for a club or group? One clear contact makes everything easier, particularly when timings shift.
Full catering or machine hire?
A barbecue is the other obvious choice, but someone has to stand at the grill all day. With a hog roast, one roast feeds everyone at once.
Full catering or machine hire? With catering, our chef roasts, carves and serves, and our staff clear up. With hire only, you do the cooking yourself.
Your questions about a hog roast for your event in Bull Hill
Can you roast near the sea around Bull Hill?
Yes, of course. Wind is something we plan for: a sheltered spot and secure cover.
Which station is closest to Bull Hill?
Lymington Town station, about 1.8 miles south-west of the centre.
Do you need power or water?
Cooking is gas-fired, so no mains power is needed for the roast. A socket nearby is useful for lighting.
What do you need from us on the day?
Just the agreed spot and a contact on the day. Everything for roasting and serving comes with us.
Do you do charity events?
Tell us about the event and how you’d like to raise money, and we will suggest a way to make it work.
Do you serve the food?
No need for your own staff: our chef carves and our team serves and clears.
What about visitors who don’t eat pork?
Add lamb, chicken, halloumi and vegetable skewers or a vegan option. We don’t offer halal meat.
Can you come to a PTA fair?
Yes, if the school agrees. Send us the details.
How the day works
Service is quick once we start carving: our chef carves and our staff fill the rolls or plates, and sides go out at the same time. Afterwards we clear the serving area and pack away. Late-May events in Bull Hill have light until about 8:55pm, and midsummer ones until about 9:25pm. Evening festivals need lighting by the stall after that.
- Organisers send us the date, site, numbers and how food will be paid for.
- We check access to the pitch and send a price.
