Planning for dietary needs
A hog roast is pork, so plan for anyone who does not eat it. Here’s how to cover everyone:
- Ask for gluten-free rolls if needed
- Stuffing usually contains gluten
- Give us vegetarian and vegan numbers
- Post allergen details at base
We get to base first thing, so the roast is ready by lunch.
Gluten-free rolls are available on request.
A hog roast or other catering?
Next to grilling to order, one roast serves everyone together. Travel matters for the price: we include travel in the quote, with any London charges listed. Give us the address for an accurate figure.
