About our BBQ catering in Egypt

The point of a catered barbecue is that you get to enjoy it. We look after the grill, the serving and the clearing, so your time goes on your guests, not the food. Typical bookings include charity fundraisers and school fairs and summer fêtes, serving beef burgers, pulled pork and sausages.

Country barbecues near Egypt are hard to beat on a summer evening. Plan shelter in case it rains. Everything is cooked through properly, with raw and cooked food kept apart.

A catered barbecue compared with other options

Next to a hog roast, a barbecue gives more choice, which helps when some guests don’t eat pork. A hog roast feeds everyone at once and makes a centrepiece, so for bigger events, why not both?. Compare like for like: the menu, sides, service time, staffing, crockery and travel. A cheaper headline price can leave things out.

Why us?

  • Hot food straight off the grill
  • No surprises: everything in writing
  • Six meats to choose from
  • Meat-free choices on every menu

No, we come to small places too. Tell us about lanes, gates and the ground.

How far is Egypt from London?

Roughly 58 miles from the centre of London, and well within our area.

Burgers, sausages, chicken skewers, ribs, pulled pork and brisket, with halloumi and vegetable skewers and a vegan burger or sausage. Sides include salads, coleslaw and potatoes.

Can you do halal?

No. If guests need halal, arrange that separately.

How the day works

Before service, we set up the grill and the serving table on the agreed spot. Then our chef cooks and the team serves through the time you’ve chosen. Evening barbecues in Egypt need a little planning: daylight lasts until about 9:25pm at midsummer, but by late September it goes at about 7:10pm. After dark, the serving table needs lighting.

  1. Show us the space.
  2. We check it and send a price.
  3. On the day, we cook on site under cover.
  4. We serve as your guests come up.
  5. We leave the spot tidy.

How to prepare

  • Give us final numbers a week or so before
  • Think about shelter for your guests
  • Arrange lighting for a late barbecue

What comes off the grill

BBQ ribs

For guests who love barbecue, the ribs are often the highlight.

Chicken skewers

Our chef grills chicken on skewers, a lighter choice than burgers.

Planners, venues and businesses

For venues and planners, we’re happy to work alongside your team.

Some venues charge a fee if you bring in your own caterer, so it is worth asking first. We’ll liaise with them on access and set-up.

Allergies and dietary needs

You’ll get allergen information for everything we serve. To help:

  • Give us numbers for the meat-free options
  • Halal is not offered, so arrange it separately if needed
  • Think about who doesn’t eat pork or beef when choosing the meats
  • Add a dietary question to the invitation

The serving table is kept tidy and stocked, right through the service.

Sides turn a barbecue into a proper meal.

  • Cooked on site by our chef, outdoors under cover
  • A full barbecue menu, not just burgers
  • Something for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans
  • Our team serves at your chosen time and clears up afterwards
