Full catering or machine hire?
We also hire out the hog roast machine for confident cooks. You cook and carve it yourself; we’ll explain what’s supplied and how it works when we quote.
Buying in a cold buffet is another option, but hot, freshly carved roast pork is a different experience, especially outdoors.
How the day works
When we arrive, we set up the roaster on the agreed spot, put the cover up and start the roast. It then roasts slowly for several hours, worked back from your serving time. Late-May events in The Burroughs have light until about 8:55pm, and midsummer ones until about 9:20pm. After dark, the stall needs lighting.

- We tidy the pitch.
