A hog roast near Dagenham Dock
Corporate hog roast in Dagenham Dock, slow-roasted on site
Instead of booking a restaurant, bring the food to the team. Keep everyone on site with a hog roast. Whether it’s retirements and long-service awards and open days and family days, we will put together a menu of crackling, salads and rotisserie chicken and more.
For offices in and around Dagenham Dock, the roaster generally goes in a car park, yard or courtyard, if the building allows gas cooking. Get facilities’ approval for gas cooking early. We bring the roaster, the cover and everything we need to cook and serve, and we leave the spot tidy when we go.

Looking after everyone
Rolls and stuffing typically contain gluten, and gluten-free rolls are available on request. A few more tips:
- Plan separately for anyone who needs halal food
- Count anyone who does not eat pork, so we can bring chicken, lamb or vegetarian options
- Add a dietary question to the sign-up
- Stuffing normally contains gluten, so check the allergen list
If the schedule moves, tell us: a cooked roast can be held for a while.
Salads and coleslaw make it a fuller lunch.

For planners, venues and organisers
Many venues set rules for outside caterers, including where gas cooking is allowed. Check early, and pass on anything they need from us.
Event organisers often ask caterers for paperwork such as a risk assessment. Let us know what your event requires and we will tell you what we can send.

- We arrive in good time and start the roast under cover.
