Expect a calm, organised set-up. We agree arrival and serving times in advance, use the cooking spot you’ve chosen, and get on with roasting and serving. After-work summer events in The Mint have light until about 9:20pm at midsummer and 8:55pm in late May, which suits a team barbecue-style evening. By late September, sunset is around 7:05pm.
